Demonstration Systems

The RISE Renewable Energy Display Centre provides independent technical information to the public about renewable energy systems. The systems on show are used in real home environments and demonstrate some of the renewable energy technologies that are currently available with a range of design options. The facility includeds grid-connected and stand-alone photvoltaic systems and wind turbine demonstration systems.

The RISE Renewable Energy Display Centre is open to the public on Fridays from 1pm - 4pm throughout the year.

The RISE Outdoor Test Area (ROTA) has several installed systems that are used for demonstration, training and student projects.
