In the Hydrogen Economy, hydrogen rather than carbon will be the basis of the various energy systems we are accustomed to today. Hydrogen is a versatile fuel and can be used in a wide range of applications, particularly transport, but also electricity production on scales from less than one watt (W) to many megawatts (MW).
