Combined Centenary House and Getaway Club members visited Bilya Joort Boodja, Centre for Nyoongar Culture and Environmental Knowledge in Northam to celebrate Reconcilliation week last Friday.
Members seem to enjoy walking through the beautiful displays and learnt a bit more about the Traditional Custodians of the land. We enjoyed lovely morning tea at the Bakers Hill Pie Shop and lunch at Riversedge Café overlooking the Avon River.
We highly recommend you to visit the centre. There are some interesting looking shops in the town, too!
