It was great to be a part of the launch of the WA Digital Inclusion Project this week! Launched by the Hon Simone McGurk MLA and led by WACOSS, this three-year project aims to help make online services accessible to everyone – especially vulnerable people in our community.
Rise is proud to be one of 25 partners working in collaboration to bring down the barriers to digital inclusion by upskilling community service staff in digital literacy - allowing everyone to fully participate in a society that is increasingly online.
Keen to be involved and gain more digital skills? There will be plenty of opportunities for people supported by Rise and Rise staff members to volunteer as part of this project soon, so stay tuned for more information.
More information about the project is available on the WACOSS website.
