We’re seeking instructors for the Keys 4 Life program, a two-day workshop delivered by Rise a few times a year. If you have a Cert 4 in Training and Assessment, this could be you!
Covering driving theory and road rules, Keys 4 Life prepares at-risk young people to obtain their learner’s permit. At the end of the second day, the participants sit the Department of Transport drivers’ theory test which, if passed, enables them to obtain their learner’s permit without paying to sit the theory test.
“The delivery of the training is always light-hearted and fun, and we always get great engagement from the young people,” says instructor Lachlan Bryce, who has delivered the program several times.
Lachlan will be available to support and guide our new instructors, and will take on any administrative requirements.
It’s a great opportunity to expand your skills and help at-risk young people build their independence. If you’re interested or would like to find out more, email Lachlan at
Lachlan.Bryce@risenetwork.com.au.
