Aged Care

Supported Accommodation
Supported Accommodation
We provide a range of housing for people with disability across Perth. We offer a place to belong where you can be supported to gain and maintain your independence in a house you can call home.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We are a registered NDIS provider and offer people living with disability services such as supported accommodation, independent living and community support.
Vacancies
Rise offers supported accommodation in over 20 locations across the Perth metropolitan area.
Your Rise Home & Neighbourhood
Your team at Rise is here to support you to maintain your independence in your home. You can decorate your room how you like and have friends and family over while feeling comfortable and safe.
Your Rise Support Team

Christmas Celebrations

What a wonderful way to end the week at Peter Anderton with our Friday Christmas celebration. Everyone enjoyed a vist and a gift from Santa (Alex) and his delightful little angle Jemma, who was a wonderful helper.
