The project aims to support 50 young people across the Perth Metro area. To be eligible young people need to have a disability and commit to 8 hours of training per week for three months. Young people can
sign up via this link.
We’re looking for organisations to provide work experience opportunities for people aged 15 -24. Financial incentives and free training will be provided to employers to develop a best practice approach for supporting people with disability in their workforce. Rise CEO, Justine Coyler says “Working with people with disability attracts new skills and brings a wealth of creativity and innovation in all aspects of the business. Diversity attracts and retains from the widest possible talent pool.”
