Living in Rise’s Nobel House in Mount Helena, Jarrod leads a very busy life.
The sportsman has played with the High Wycombe Integrated Team for the past five years. He trains once a week on Thursdays in preparation for the games.
Coach Brett Hockley said Jarrod loves football and is a supporter of the West Coast Eagles.
Our team is going very well this year and have won all 11 games that we have played, so we are undefeated and sit on top of the ladder.
Our season has one home and away game left which is on the 19th of August playing at Kingsway. We then have semi finals the following week, with the grand final to be held on the 2nd of September.
Jarrod cheered on by family
Jarrod said his mum was his number one fan and watches all his matches.
He said he loved learning how to chase the ball and how to score goals.
I like practicing and doing high kicks, like the Eagles, flying high.
Jarrod loves all sports and also enjoys cricket and boxing. In addition to sports, he has many other skills. Jarrod plays guitar and attends Music Rocks on Thursdays and Performing Arts on Tuesdays.
He also started to volunteer at RSPCA on Mondays to look after cats and other animals.
