Pasta Making at Parkerville
At Parkerville there is some new fun things happening each month. We are celebrating our staff and clients culture and have decided each month we would learn to cook a simple meal from all around the world, as well as building our clients capacity to increase their daily living skills.
Recently we had a Pasta Making Day to start us off. The clients had a ball, making a mess and then being able to cook and eat their creations. The pasta must have been a hit as there were empty bowls left.
We had Chris from Astro join us for the day, and looking forward to coming back for our next event. One of our staff members Evans, decided he would become the “Head Chef” and cook the pasta with all the get up on, Apron, pasta spoon.
