Support Worker, Bernadette Martin has shared another great example of the community supporting each other during the bushfires last week.

Clients at Kyeema House were evacuated to temporary accommodation and needed basic necessities including shoes and clothes. Bernadette contacted Good Sammy’s in Midland who were closed at the time. However Tanya, the Store Manager, contacted the CEO, Melanie and they arranged for Luke, Shandy and Eddy to drop in to collect some items. Tanya refused payment and only asked that we pay it forward.
