Talking to the government & supporting the community

(These events took place before the recent lockdown).

Rise’s Leadership Team are continually working to support the community both within their positions at Rise and externally.

In addition to his role as Aged Care Director at Rise, Chris Minchin is President of Forrestfield Football Club and has been advocating the WA government to get increased funding to improve facilities for woman’s football, members with disabilities and older Australians.

On Sunday Shaun May, Director - Strategy and Growth, caught up with Minister Simone McGurk - the Minister for  the Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence and Community Services.

Rise also recently welcomed the Minister for Police and Emergency Services, Michelle Roberts to present a cheque from Lotteries West.

Fantastic to see the Rise team continually talking to the government to get the best outcomes for the community.
