The Senior Client Coordinators are today’s Anna Alderson Nominees!

In the lead up to the Anna Alderson Awards we’ll be announcing the latest nominees each weekday. The winners will be announced at our end of year event. Today’s nominees are:

They work autonomously and can 110% be counted on to act with integrity in how they mange their time and complete the never ending list of tasks, often having to drop whatever is in their calendar to pick up an urgent request or to support a team member or myself. They complete this quietly and willingly and with true professionalism. They often cover for each other during leave or when business constraints present which places pressure on them in completing their own workload, but they are a strong team dedicated to team success to meet the needs of our clients. They all go that extra mile.

The team has recently embraced our newest member Niki and I am so proud at the way that each member of the team has rallied to support her and share knowledge and time willingly. This team has great respect for all staff in supporting all in trying times, but even more so for listening to our clients, providing great communication and advocating for the best possible outcomes.

Each one of them can be trusted to do the right thing, give honest respectable feedback and own mistakes too. The industry has seen some difficult times with many curveballs and challenges thrown at the team but through all of this they have remained optimistic in supporting the business and the wider team to maintain the independence of our fabulous clients. They are simply awesome."
