For the first time ever, all of Rise's Aged Care Centres gathered to go on an outing together, to watch the humpback whale migration just off Hillary's Harbor. The weather conditions were perfect and the day was a memorable and meaningful experience for all 98 people who attended the event.
Many of the clients, staff and volunteers finally had the chance to tick, seeing a whale in real life, off their bucket lists.
