Justine Colyer AM
CEO
Justine has been recognised as a Member of the Order of Australia for her significant service to the community through social welfare organisations. She has over 25 years’ experience in strategic planning, project and change management, working across Europe and Australia in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
Justine is a significant contributor to the WA community sector through her work on peak and industry bodies, as well as pro bono support for a range of other non-profit organisations. She has completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors program and is also a Telstra Business Woman award winner.
Polly Klante FCA, GAICD, FGIA, CA
CFO
Polly Klante, CFO, has over 25 years’ experience as a finance professional, having previously worked in the UK, Tokyo and Sydney. Polly has been involved in the financial management of various complex accounting situations and entities and has an interest in technical accounting and developing finance team members.
She contributes to other not for profit organisations as a Board director and through mentoring others and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Fiona Durrant
Director – People and Culture
Fiona has over 15 years of senior human resources experience in the corporate and not for profit sectors, including 7 years of international experience. She holds an MBA and sits on various NFP committees and forums.
Shaun Mays BA SW (Hons) Grad Dip
General Manager – Service Delivery
Shaun Mays has 20 years’ experience in the human services sector and has held senior management positions for the last 12 years at both National and State based organisations. He has extensive experience working across child protection; youth; mental health; drug and alcohol; and health sectors. He is passionate about client centred service delivery and empowering clients to meaningfully take part in service design.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Social Work, has been a member of the Australian Association of Social Work since 2002 and is currently completing an MBA.
Suzanna Robertson
General Manager - Service Delivery
Suzanna is a human services executive with over 25 years’ experience in the government and for-purpose sector across aged care, health, disability, mental health, suicide prevention, youth services, employment services, and problematic drug and alcohol use. Holding qualifications in economics and business from Monash University, Suzanna is also an alumni of the Leadership WA Signature Program. Suzanna has also previously held senior positions in consumer advocacy, and is passionate about amplifying voices to influence positive system change so that all people can thrive.
