Youth Outreach
We support young people who may be experiencing challenges and are at risk of coming into contact, with the criminal justice system or disengaging from education.
Rise provides a coordinated and comprehensive approach to support the young person and their family. This includes identifying any underlying issues that may be impacting their well-being and developing strategies to address these issues. Our team work closely with the young person to identify their goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
This service may address a range of issues, including:
- family conflict
- drug and alcohol use
- mental health
- relationship problems
- sexual health
- education
- employment
The aim of this service is to provide young people with the tools and resources they need to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their goals. This type of support can be particularly effective in helping young people who may be facing multiple or complex issues, as it takes a holistic approach that considers the various factors impacting their lives.
