👉🏼  The need-to-know…

Rise is seeking Domestic Assistant’s within Perth who are passionate about two things, cleaning and supporting the aged. In this role, you will help our Aged Care clients to stay independent and living in their own homes by providing services such as general cleaning, vacuuming and mopping whilst building supportive relationships. 

We have permanent shifts available on weekdays working Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm We are currently seeking applicants happy to travel North Metro, from Gwelup to Clarkson. Travel is part of this role. On average, client-to-client travel is around 20 minutes. However, at times, extended travel (approx. max of 45 minutes – 1 hour) will be required, and we ask for flexibility when this occurs. Rosters are carefully planned to reduce unnecessary travel.

👉🏼  The need-to-have…

Here at Rise, we nurture potential, but we do need you to have a few tricks up your sleeve including the following:  

• Experience cleaning houses to a high standard with attention to detail 
• Demonstrated experience following routines, procedures and instructions
• Ability to work independently 
• Ability to build relationships and communicate efficiently with people who are aged and/or with a disability 
• Confidence using a smart device (e.g. iPhone) and apps  
• Driving licence and reliable vehicle to use for work purposes

Appointments to this position will be subject to a national police clearance and require a pre-employment medical assessment. Costs for new checks will be covered and/or reimbursed by Rise.
