The need-to-know…
In this role at Rise, you will have responsibility (with support of the ‘Manager Service Delivery’) to manage individualised NDIS services and ensure innovative and best practice models. You will ensure that Rise’s NDIS programs and clients are maximizing the use of their funding, identify gaps and ensure financial viability of the supports delivered. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis, work-from-home with some travel required to Rise Offices and Houses including Helen’s Place in Middle Swan.

A typical day may look like….
  • Monitoring programs/client’s progress against contractual and/or funding requirements
  • Developing, monitoring, and actively managing program funding, house or client budgets and addressing surpluses or overspends
  • Working in collaboration with support coordinators, families and those legally responsible to support a client with reviews to the NDIA
  • Supporting applications for further funding where required
  • Creating master staff rosters in line with funding and client needs
  • Reviewing supported independent living (SIL) house finances
  • Producing monthly reports and other adhoc duties as required

The need-to-have…

  • Certificate IV in community services and/or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong commitment to providing consumer directed/ person centred care and contemporary models of service delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with government funding systems including individualised funding models
  • Administrative skills including experience developing and managing budgets
