House Coordinator Toni Tejada
Toni Tejada has worked for Rise for 5 years. She has a Diploma in Community Service, and a background in Community Development and organising Education Programs for People with Disabilities. Toni is dedicated in promoting person centred active support within her team. “I am always looking for the opportunity for our residents to grow." In her spare time, Toni loves to travel, spend time with her family and attend Salsa dance classes.
Support Worker Martin Taylor
Martin has worked for Rise for 7 years and is a key support worker at Marley House. Martin is passionate about supporting our residents and to see them reach their full potential. Martin states, “I genuinely enjoy our client’s company”. You will often see Martin get his guitar out and start a jamming session with the people he supports. Everyone joins in!
Sharing with
Jan
is passionate about horses and enjoys driving to the Swan Valley to visit the stables. When he’s at home Jan enjoys playing the guitar on the patio or reading a book. Jan is also a great chess player and loves having a game with the team at Rise.
Caroline
is one of our fabulous residents at Marley house and she has a great sense of humour who loves to go out shopping with her support worker and also loves to participate in arts and crafts and have a sing along to some music.
She is a friendly person who loves to participate in social activities and pet the horses opposite the local park.
