Jan is passionate about horses and loves heading out to the Swan Valley to visit the stables. At home, you’ll often find him playing guitar on the patio or relaxing with a good book. He’s also a great chess player and always up for a game with the Rise team.

Caroline is friendly, fun and has a great sense of humour. She loves shopping trips with her support worker, getting creative with arts and crafts, and having a sing-along to her favourite music. Caroline enjoys social activities and never misses a chance to pat the horses near the local park.
