Celebrating Success with the 2023 Employment Buddy Program

3 January 2024

2023 was a landmark year for the Employment Buddy Program, as Rise and Essential Personnel partnered with many diverse organisations to offer over 100 work experience opportunities to 54 students.

Participants living with disability, aged 15-24, gained firsthand experience in the industries they are passionate about. From tuning up engines at the mechanic's bay to decking out shelves for the festive season, caring for majestic horses, setting the stage for art exhibitions, and bustling around in warehouse operations!

We extend our gratitude to all the participating organisations throughout 2023 for their role in shaping tomorrow's workforce, and can't wait to work with you all in 2024:
