Martin Taylor
Martin has been with Rise for over 8 years and always puts residents first. Known for his warm smile and caring approach, he won the 2023 Alderson Award for living Rise’s values.

Robina Broughton
Robina is an experienced Support Worker who tailors activities to individual needs and encourages independence in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Angela Jeffrey
Angela is a Senior Coordinator who brings strong leadership and a caring approach. She helps create welcoming homes and builds effective, positive teams.

Jarrod  

Jarrod loves AFL (go West Coast Eagles!), playing guitar, dancing, and acting out movie scenes. Jarrod joins Adventures with Friends on Wednesdays and every second Friday, and takes part in Workpower social activities on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. He also jams and writes songs at Music Rocks. On weekends, he enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family.

Jacob 

Jacob attends weekly gym sessions at Swan Active and enjoys mowing the lawn, working on cars, and doing DIY projects. On weekends, he loves BBQs, swimming, and watching lifestyle shows. Jacobs handy with grocery shopping and enjoys family outings and long weekends with his loved ones. With a great sense of humour, Jacob keeps his housemates laughing and helped organise Rise’s End of Year party for People with Disabilities.

Stuart 

Stuart enjoys swimming, going for walks, and relaxing with a coffee and a chat. He volunteers with Trillion Trees, helping out with planting and caring for the environment. For fun, he likes ten-pin bowling and spending time with his housemates and support team.
