Looking for a home? Come live with Rise
Rise offers supported accommodation in 20 locations across the Perth metropolitan area. All homes are shared living arrangements with other people with disabilities and have staff at the house 24/7 to provide support with daily tasks and to assist you to live a great life.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for Supported Independent Living (SIL) that you can use to live in these houses. Alternatively, you may have funding from another source (such as the Department of Communities) or be privately funded. If eligible, you can receive additional funding for things like transport, help finding and keeping employment, assistance attending community groups and more. Rise can also support you with these services.
